Fernando founded Vila Nova Partners in March 2022 and brings more than 25 years of experience in Executive and Board Search and Assessment including numerous searches for CEOs, CHROs, CFOs and Board Directors, for many of the most prominent Brazilian and multinational companies operating in Brazil, across a wide range of industries

Before joining Vila Nova, Fernando worked at two multinational Executive Search firms, serving as a Member of the Global Board at one of them.

Prior to his Executive Search career, he was Executive Director at two Brazilian banks and Head of Financial Services and Corporate Finance at an international management consulting firm.

corporate governance, Fernando has served on several Boards of Directors and Committees in Brazil and abroad. He was also Executive Director at the Brazilian Federation of Banks (Febraban).

He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from COPPEAD/UFRJ.

Fernando is fluent in Portuguese and English and has a good command of Spanish.

Norton Lara is a seasoned Executive Search consultant, having conducted hundreds of CEO, C-Level and Board searches.

At Vila Nova, he works primarily in the Financial Services and Technology sectors and leads the Firm´s Human Resources Practice.

Before joining Vila Nova, Norton was a Senior Partner at an international Executive Search firm, where he participated in global committees and was recognized with the Firm's top award for Quality and Client Service. He was also a Management Consultant at companies such as Kearney, Roland Berger and IBM GBS.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Ayrton Senna Institute, the Amanhã Fund (an endowment of the UFRGS School of Business Administration), Confaprar and Escola 42 São Paulo. He is an Ambassador for IE University in Brazil.

He hold a degree in Economics from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. He also studied at the Universities of Heidelberg and Tunis.

Norton is fluent in English and Spanish and has a good knowledge of German, Italian and French.

Alexandre is a Senior Partner at Vila Nova Partners, with more than 15 years of experience in Executive Search, specializing in the recruitment of C-level executives and board members, primarily within the industrial sector.

Prior to joining Vila Nova Partners, he worked at one of the world’s leading international Executive Search firms, where he led the Industrial Practice across Brazil and South America.

Earlier in his career, he co-founded and served as Managing Partner of Propay, one of Brazil’s largest payroll outsourcing firms, where he oversaw Customer Acquisition and Service Delivery.

Previously, Alexandre spent approximately seven years in finance-related roles, most recently as an Associate Investment Banker with Goldman Sachs’ Latin American group in New York, where he worked in the Chemicals and Energy sectors. He also served as an Assistant Portfolio Manager at Global Asset Management in the United Kingdom and worked in equity research at Opportunity LLP in Rio de Janeiro.

Alexandre holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica in Rio de Janeiro and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is Series 7 Certified and was nominated as an Endeavor Entrepreneur.

He is fluent in English and Portuguese and has working proficiency in Spanish and French.







Julia has over 15 years of professional experience in executive recruitment and selection, as well as in leadership projects. In recent years, she has specialized in assessing and recruiting senior executives for Finance positions and for the Financial Services sector.

Before joining Vila Nova, Julia worked at two multinational executive search firms, with a strong focus on the financial sector.

She has been involved in searches for CEOs, Board members, and other senior executive positions across Brazilian and international companies, including both start-ups and established organizations.

At Vila Nova, Julia leads the Financial Officers practice, covering roles such as CFO, Investor Relations, M&A, and related leadership positions.

She also participates in executive search projects across the broader financial services industry, including wholesale and retail banking, insurance, and payment services.

Julia holds a degree in Business Administration from Insper and completed an exchange program at Université Paris IX Dauphine, France. She is fluent in Portuguese and English, with good knowledge in Spanish and French.









Priscila Priscila is a Partner in the Retail, Digital Commerce, Consumer, and Marketing practices. She has over 10 years of experience in Executive Search, with a strong track record in senior leadership searches across Brazil and Latin America.

She has built a solid career in the Technology, Retail, and Consumer sectors, developing a consistent proximity to the digital landscape driven by the evolution of e-commerce and the impact of new technologies on the consumer market.

Priscila has led digital transformation, digital go-to-market, and data & analytics projects, including searches for e-commerce leaders, digital product roles, and positions connected to physical operations and omnichannel environments.

She has also conducted searches for CTOs, CIOs, and technology leaders across companies in different industries.

Prior to joining Vila Nova, Priscila led the People function at Lastro, an Artificial Intelligence company focused on the real estate sector, backed by well-known investment funds such as Prosus, QED, and Canary.

Priscila holds a degree in Business Administration from Insper in São Paulo and completed an exchange program at Università Commerciale “Luigi Bocconi” in Italy. Gustavo is a Partner at Vila Nova Partners, primarily focusing on Advisory, Succession and initiatives related to Family-Owned Businesses.

Before joining Vila Nova, Gustavo was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he worked for over 12 years on projects for major national and multinational groups worldwide.

In his final years at the firm, he focused on expanding the Family Business practice in Latin America.

Specialized in Leadership, Governance, and People Management programs, Gustavo has extensive experience in contexts of M&A, transformation, succession, and IPO preparation.

He holds a degree in Economics from Insper and completed an exchange program at Università Bocconi in Milan. Gustavo also had a brief experience in the public sector.

He is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, with strong proficiency in Italian.







Silvio is a Partner at Vila Nova, dedicated to C-level searches across the Agriculture, Energy, and Industrial sectors.

He has 10 years of experience in Executive Search, and working at one of the leading international consultancies, he specialized in C-level searches for large organizations.

Before joining Vila Nova, Silvio held international management roles at SHV Holdings, a Dutch multinational group with investments in energy, agri/animal nutrition, retail, private equity, transportation, and industrial services.

He served as Commercial Director and Executive Committee Member at SHV Energy in Spain, where he also led Operations. In parallel, at the holding company, he was a Member of the Global LNG Committee and the Customer Creation Committee, contributing to M&A, restructuring, and business expansion projects in the energy sector. Silvio began his career in the ethanol and bioenergy industry in Human Resources.

He holds a degree in Psychology and a postgraduate degree in international relations from UNESP, as well as an MBA in finance from USP. Silvio also completed executive programs at General Assembly in London and TIAS School for Business and Society in Utrecht, Netherlands.

He is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish and has working proficiency in Catalan.





Fernando Faião is a Partner at Vila Nova Partners, dedicated to the Advisory Practice, focusing on Assessments, Leadership Development and Succession.

Prior to joining Vila Nova, Fernando Faião was a Partner at one of the world’s leading Executive Search and Management Consulting firms in Brazil, where he was responsible for the Assessment, Leadership Development, and Succession solutions. In this role, he led strategic client partnerships, co-developed tailored solutions with clients, and contributed to the development of consultants and contractors.

He has extensive experience in the design and implementation of Executive Acceleration Programs, preparing leaders for their next career steps, plus CEO Assessment, Executive development, and Board Assessment.

Fernando is a certified specialist in leading assessment methodologies, including Hogan, Deeper Signals, Learning Agility, and Simulation-based Assessments.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of São Paulo (USP) and attended the Academic Master’s Program in Business Administration at EAESP-FGV.

He is fluent in Portuguese and English.







Ana Moura is a Partner at Vila Nova Partners, dedicated to the Advisory practice with a primary focus on Assessment, Leadership Development, and Succession.

Before joining Vila Nova, accumulated over 15 years of experience in Assessment, Leadership Development, and Succession solutions at global consulting firms in Brazil, focusing on client solutions, project management, consultant training, and leadership of complex, integrated initiatives.

Led programs on competency models, assessments, succession planning, career transition, organizational climate, and individual and collective leadership development journeys. Worked with major clients across sectors, gaining extensive experience in transformation contexts, mergers, acquisitions, and large privatization projects.

Certified in leading psychometric assessment methodologies, including Hogan, DISC, SHL, MBTI, and KF4D. Holds international certifications in Psychological Safety and Liberating Structures to facilitate development programs with collective impact.

Holds a degree in Psychology from UNISAL and completed an MBA in Strategic HR Management at FMU.

Danute is a Partner at Vila Nova Partners and for 25 years has been leading Executive Search and Assessment assignments, as well as programs for soft skills development and career mentoring.

She began her career at a global Executive Search firm, where she spent 8 years. In her last role, she co-led the Assessment practice and headed Operational Excellence and Market Research initiatives.

In 2005, she became an entrepreneur as Partner and Managing Director of GNext Talent Search, specializing in Executive Search and Assessment for Succession Planning.

Since 2018, after earning her coaching certification, she also works as a Career and Soft Skills Mentor and Advisor, helping professionals make better career choices aligned with their interests, skills, and values.

In 2022, she founded Mentorflix, focused on developing soft skills through in-person and online mentoring programs, and participated in the foundation of Vila Nova Partners.

Danute holds a Law degree, is a certified Coach by Erickson College, and an accredited practitioner of MBTI and L.A.B.E.L. assessments.

She is fluent in Portuguese and English









Henrique has 8 years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory. With hundreds of projects, he has focused on senior executive searches for the Technology, Telecom, and Professional Services industries.

Before joining Vila Nova Partners, Henrique worked at two renowned Executive Search firms with a strong focus on the Technology, Telecom, and Professional Services industries. He also specialized in the functional practices of Technology, Data & Product Officers and Legal & Regulatory Officers.

With broad and diversified experience, although primarily concentrated in these industries, he has led projects across various sectors for both Brazilian and international clients, ranging from start-ups to established corporations.

At Vila Nova Partners, Henrique leads executive searches and leadership projects within the Technology, Telecom, and Professional Services industries, as well as the Technology, Data & Product and Legal & Regulatory functional practices.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (EAESP-FGV).

Henrique is fluent in Portuguese and English and has a good command of Spanish.







Marcelo brings over 20 years of experience in Strategic Consulting and Executive Search. He has worked on Strategy, M&A, Transformation, and Governance projects for major industrial groups, in addition to supporting companies in Post-Merger Integrations and Board Development.

Before joining Vila Nova, he led the industrial practice in Brazil at one of the world’s leading multinational firms in the sector, overseeing strategic projects focused on capital-intensive industries.

Previously, as a Partner at Bain & Company, he led initiatives in strategy, M&A, performance transformation, and governance for large industrial groups in Brazil and abroad. He developed deep expertise in complex industrial environments, especially in the Mining, Infrastructure, Energy, Pulp & Paper, and Agribusiness sectors.

A specialist in Leadership Advisory, he has extensive experience in the assessment, development, and redesign of Boards of Directors, as well as a strong track record in post-merger integrations and the strengthening of governance models.

He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from ITA, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, and executive education programs from MIT, Stanford, Wharton, and the London Business School. He is fluent in Portuguese and English.

      Olivia possui mais de 10 anos de experiência profissional em , tendo atuado tanto no Brasil quanto na Europa. Ao longo de sua trajetória, participou diretamente de inúmeras buscas de CEOs, Conselheiros(as) e membros do C-level para diversos setores.

      Desenvolveu também experiência em Recursos Humanos, quando foi Head de Recrutamento & Seleção e Desenvolvimento Organizacional da Omega Energia, investida da Tarpon. Nessa passagem ela cuidou de toda a agenda de recrutamento da empresa, que estava crescendo em ritmo acelerado, além de todo processo de treinamento, desenvolvimento e avaliação de performance dos funcionários da empresa.
