Pertencer Program
The Pertencer Program is an initiative by Fundo Amanhã’s Career Center designed for Black, mixed-race, and Indigenous students at UFRGS. Over the course of 12 months, participants receive a financial stipend, English language training, mentorship, psychological support, and active career preparation. Vila Nova has been the program’s lead sponsor since its inaugural edition — a partnership rooted in a simple conviction: diversity in leadership begins long before the C-suite.
Mover Program
MOVER is a nationwide movement for racial equity comprising over 60 companies committed to increasing Black representation across organizations. Across its core pillars of professional training, leadership development, and entrepreneurship, the movement has already generated nearly 800,000 opportunities since its inception. Vila Nova is a member company of MOVER, recognizing that more inclusive hiring practices are not merely an ethical choice — they are an essential part of what defines a relevant advisory firm in today’s Brazil.
