Qualifications

Before returning to Vila Nova, Nara served as Head of Talent for Latin America at Advent International, supporting the private equity firm and its portfolio companies on executive selection, executive development, organizational culture, and talent management across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia, while also serving on People Committees of portfolio companies.

Previously, she was part of the Leadership Advisory Services practice at a global Executive Search firm.

She also accumulated international talent management experience at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Singapore, and spent over a decade at Booz & Company focused on management consulting and talent management.

She began her career in corporate roles at Vale, Shell and Comgás, and went on to become an entrepreneur, building and running her own China in Box franchise.

Nara holds a degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), is an Executive Coach certified by the NeuroLeadership Institute, and holds certifications in Hogan Assessments, MBTI, and Gallup. She is fluent of Portuguese and English.

Before joining Vila Nova, Silvio held international management roles at SHV Holdings, a Dutch multinational group with investments in energy, agri/animal nutrition, retail, private equity, transportation, and industrial services.

He served as Commercial Director and Executive Committee Member at SHV Energy in Spain, where he also led Operations. In parallel, at the holding company, he was a Member of the Global LNG Committee and the Customer Creation Committee, contributing to M&A, restructuring, and business expansion projects in the energy sector. Silvio began his career in the ethanol and bioenergy industry in Human Resources.
